Liz Sgroi

Liz Sgroi is the executive director of Food Network Magazine and The Pioneer Woman Magazine

and has been working on both magazines since they launched. She has also helped produce 15

bookazines and 10 cookbooks with the brands, including several New York Times bestsellers.

Before joining the team, Liz was the food editor at Quick & Simple, a weekly publication, as well

at La Cucina Italiana and Italian Cooking & Living magazines. She lives in upstate New York with

her husband and two daughters and loves any excuse to bake a cake.
