Nyla Jones is an aspiring writer/director and current mentee for Girls Write Now. She enjoys writing poetry, scripts, and plays, but her favorite genres are horror/ thriller fiction. Jones loves to read all genres and is always looking for a recommendation! In her free time, she is watching television (anime, cartoons, dramas, sitcoms, anything except reality TV) or simply listens to music (RnB is her favorite genre). As a recent graduate from Howard University, Jones is looking to build herself up as a writer and even find her true voice and style through the literary arts.
