Have you ever worried that existing in a corporate environment means that you have to hinder parts of your personality? Join us for a panel discussion with executives from BIC as they share advice on how to bring your full authentic and creative self to the workplace and be celebrated for it.
Whether in school, in an internship, or getting ready for your first job, our panelists will discuss wide-ranging topics such as finding your community, becoming the CEO of your life, balancing work and life, career pathing and career options, working in global roles and communicating across cultures and time zones, and the Employee Resource Groups at BIC.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask panelists questions, share experiences with fellow mentees and mentee alumni, and learn how they can find the space to be themselves in the workplace.
