Influenced by Audre Lorde's belief in using the pen to fight the fight, join spoken word artist Brittany Barker as she shares her poetry and invites you to write your own.

A creative combination that will make your fictional world and characters jump off the page, Daphne Palasi Andreades will also speak about her writing process and publication journey behind her debut novel, Brown Girls.
